  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled

Free Trial

All paid subscription plans include a 14-day free trial:

  • Full access to all plan features during the trial period
  • Payment method required at signup but not charged until trial ends
  • Cancel anytime during the trial to avoid charges
  • Trial begins when you subscribe to a paid plan

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the customer portal:

  • Navigate to Settings → Billing → Open Customer Portal
  • You will receive a prorated credit for the unused portion of your billing period
  • Your access continues until the end of your current billing period
  • Your workspace will automatically downgrade to the Free plan

Credit packs: One-time credit purchases are non-refundable once credits have been used. If you purchased a credit pack by mistake and haven't used any credits, contact us at hello@aceweb.ai within 14 days for a refund.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use aceweb.ai to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Generate harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content
  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
  • Interfere with the operation of our service
  • Share your account credentials with others

6. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you create using our service, including project plans, features, and documentation.

Our Service: aceweb.ai, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.

AI-Generated Content: Content generated by our AI features is provided for your use within your projects. You may use this content for your business purposes.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

aceweb.ai is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

  • The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • AI-generated suggestions will be accurate or suitable for your needs
  • The service will meet your specific requirements

AI-generated content should be reviewed and validated before use in production or business decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, aceweb.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
